Form Backend Transparency: We use Formspree to process submissions. Formspree is a U.S.-based service that may transfer data internationally and could be subject to U.S. legal requests. They do retain submission data and may disclose it to authorities under lawful requests. Thus, using a VPN when uploading your submission may be a good idea (we leave it to you to decide). Additionally, if you have any suggestions for hardening security, feel free to get in touch via sparkmag@pm.me (you are also welcome to send submissions to this email if you would prefer). Note that this is an encrypted inbox.
